The Amaltas plans have been framed from “a daughter’s point of view.” They list all the comforts and care we would want for our own ageing parents. We have designed our offer to replicate, as far as possible, the nurture, support and ready presence of family.

We understand that every Senior person’s need is unique and needs a unique solution. While the Amaltas plans have been designed to cater to most situations, we also offer customised solutions.

Pamper

The Pamper plan is our most extensive service offering, aimed at providing maximum possible support to your loved one. With three visits per week, this plan is best suited for Senior citizens living by themselves and with high care needs.

Care

This is our basic plan and we recommend it for Senior citizens who are independent, but may need assistance for the occasional tasks/ doctors visit. If you want someone to be your eyes and ears on the ground, this is the right plan to begin with.

We understand that concern for your loved one’s health can be stressful – especially if you do not live in the same geography. And hospital can be especially daunting.  This plan is customised to your specific medical needs. Reach out to us if you need any of the following:

Interim

Temporarily leaving your loved one to go on holiday or to focus on family or work commitments can seem a little daunting when there is a loved one to be taken care of. Our Interim plans provide support as needed, on a short term basis. You may want to consider Interim Care if you are:

  • Planning to be away for a period and in need of someone to oversee your loved ones while you’re away
  • Are facing an unplanned-for situation that is preventing you from caring for your loved one
  • In need of additional support, because your loved one is recovering from illness or surgery.

When I decided to ambitiously take my 88 year old Mom from Mumbai  to Gurgaon for 4 weeks, I was quite nervous.  Mom is wheelchair bound, has a number of medical conditions ( physical, neurological) and was going to be leaving the familiar cocoon of her home after 3 years. Simran and the Amaltas Senior Care team bolstered my courage even before I left for Gurgaon. Their quiet confidence gave me the conviction that it would go very well and it did. While the Amaltas team helped me significantly on various fronts to create an efficient eco-system for Mom’s seamless care including a superb physiotherapist, the aspect that has stayed with my Mum is the genuine high quality listening, the bonding, the companionship that the Amaltas Angel gave her. That was a game changer in keeping mum’s spirits up, making her feel special and valued. We are back in Mumbai after what turned out to be an enjoyable 4 weeks for Mum. Mum has forgotten the pain of the travel and is keen to go  again given a chance, thanks to the great memory she has of the trip!
